Ingredients:
- Coconut - 1 nos
- Red/dried chilly - 10 g
- Curry leaf - 1 string
- Coconut oil - 50 g
- Ginger - 5 g
- Tamarind - 10 g
- Salt - to taste
Method for Preparing this Coconut Chutney:
Chop the ginger. Grate coconut. Fry the red chillies and curry leaves in the oil for 1 minute. Take this mixture into a mixer jar. Add tamarind and enough salt. Grind well and serve with rice pudding, dosa or idly.

- Salt - to taste
Method:
Chop the ginger, grate the coconut, fry ginger, red chillies, curry leaves and pepper powder in the oil. Add enough salt and cut mango. Grind well.

Ingredients:
- Ginger - 2 pieces
- Green chilly - 5
- Coconut - 1
- Coriander leaf - to taste

- Mustard - 1 teaspoon

Method of Preparation:

- Tamarind - 1 gooseberry size
- Red chilly - 8 nos
- Oil - 1 t.sp
- Mustard seed - 1 t.sp
- Salt - to taste
Method:
Fry the curry leaves without oil. Add them into a mixture of coconut, chilly, tamarind and salt. Grind well. Heal oil. Split the mustard and add the chutney into it. Stir well. It is suitable for chappathi, rice etc..
Coconut Lemon Chutney:
Ingredients:
- Ripe lemon - 1
- Grated coconut - 2 cups
- Green chilly - 5 nos
- Coriander leaf - to taste
- Oil - 1 t.sp
- Salt - to taste
- Mustard seeds - 10 g
Method for Preparing Coconut Lemon Chutney:
Remove the bark and seeds of the lemon, grind it with coconut, chilies, coriander leaf and salt. Heal oil. Split the mustard in it. Add the ground mixture of coconut chutney into it. Mix well.
Coconut Gooseberry Chutney Dish:
Ingredients:
- Coconut (grated) - 1 cup
- Gooseberry - 2 nos
- Chilly powder - 1 t.sp
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 1/2 glass
Method:
Grind coconut, gooseberry (chopped) chilly powder, salt and water well and serve with rice porridge, dosa or chapathy.
Mint/Puthina Coconut Chutney:
Ingredients:
- Mint leaf - 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaf - 1/2 cup
- Green chilly - 3 nos
- Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
- Garlic - 10 g
- Lemon juice - 1 t.sp
- Salt - to taste
Method:
Grind mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, coconut, garlic and salt with enough water. Add lemon juice into it and mix well.
Coconut Ghee Chilly/Ney Mulaku Chutney:
Ingredients:
- Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
- Ghee chilly - 2-3 nos
- Kadala parippu - 10 g
- Salt - to taste
- Water - enough amount
- Mustard seed - 10 g
- Oil - 50 g
Method:
Take the entire ingredients in a mixer jar. Grind well. Split mustard in hot oil. Add it into the mixed and ground ghee chilly coconut chutney. After making it loose by pouring enough water.
