Fried Scrambled Egg/Nadan Mutta Porichathu



Making of scrambled egg recipe is a simple one and this dish is a favorite food for kids. You can make it instantly within 10 minutes and prepare a quick lunch for your kids. The flavors of chopped onion and green chilies make this easy egg fry recipe crispy and spicy.

Preparation:

Chop the onions and green chillies. Break the eggs and pour the content into a bowl. Mix the egg yolk and egg white well. Add salt and pepper powder into it. Beat well for proper mixing. Place a pan on the stove. Pour coconut oil and heat. Put the chopped ingredients. Fry them till the onions become soft. Add the egg mixture to the fried onion and chilies. Scramble well with a spatula. If you break the pieces into very small fried ones, it will be tastier.
